Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Morrisville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 892,893-square-foot transportation facility; and transportation facility.
The Project consists of a concession space fit-out for the Lonerider restaurant and bar located on the second level of Terminal 2, Concourse C. Construction of this space was previously initiated and subsequently halted. The Authority has previously purchased materials intended for use under this scope of work and the awarded Contractor shall coordinate complete installation of these Owner-furnished items. See section A of the Special Conditions for further details.
