Construction and connection of new copper water service lines from water meters furnished by Long Beach Utilities Department (LBUD) to existing residences and businesses. Cut and plug existing water service lines, remove existing meter boxes, surface restoration, and traffic control in Pacific Avenue from 21st Street to Willow Street, and Spring Street from Pacific Avenue to Long Beach Blvd. The work also includes abandoning existing cast iron pipe (CIP) water mains in various alleys and streets within the project area.
