FACILITY ID NO. 302 Roof replacement on an approximately 94,750 square foot Materials Support Warehouse building. Provide new roof system along with sheet metal flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. Project Address: 3240 Ligon Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 27606 Roof Replacement - Roof Areas A and B: Provide 3 inch "Flute Fill" Roof Insulation mechanically attached. Provide Cover Board adhered in foam adhesive. Mechanically attach thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. Provide electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related trade work necessary to facilitate project operations. Relocate or raise conduit, HVAC equipment, curbs, and/or plumbing necessary to comply with the requirements of these documents and conform to the requirements of the State Building Code Bids will be received for single prime general construction . All proposals shall be lump sum. MBE (10%)
