awelker@isqft.com Question Deadline 09/04/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary in response to prospective bidders' questions prior to the opening of the Bid will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all pre-qualified bidders who have purchased plans and specifications. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening the bids will not be answered. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established subcontractor goals for Building Construction (21% MBE and 10% WBE) and Non-Building Construction (10% MBE and 10% WBE) in the amount of $50,000 or more. Workforce goal requirements of 37% Minority, 11% Women, and 46% Apprentice (when applicable) apply to contracts in the amount of $ 500,000 or more. The requirements are further explained in the attached Business Diversity Utilization and Workforce Program document. The work to be done under this contract consists of the construction of approximately 1,401 lineal feet of pipe sewers, varying in size from 12" to 24" in diameter, and appurtenances to be constructed in an area located west of Conway Meadows Drive and South of Conway Road , in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri. The work consists of furnishing all material , labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of the sanitary sewer and appurtenances, in accordance with all the requirements of these specifications, and the drawings made a part thereof.
