Safely remove the existing sewer pump controller and furnish and install a new controller and floats to restore reliable automatic operation, protect pump equipment, and integrate with the existing pump system. Work also includes comprehensive annual preventative maintenance services for the lift station, including interior tank cleaning, inspection and servicing of associated pumps, valves, level-sensing devices, wiring, and control panels to reduce the risk of failure and verify proper system performance. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary to complete the controller replacement and maintenance requirements during the performance period.
