Renovation of a golf course in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the Culver Gulch Shaft Closure project. Services include planning, management, and execution of activities required to safely close and secure the shaft, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards. The contractor shall furnish all resources necessary to complete the work and ensure compliance with all project requirements and safety standards. Work shall be performed as a complete, turnkey service to accomplish the shaft closure as specified. The Contractor shall begin performance within 5 calendar days and complete it within 21 calendar days Questions concerning solicitation. Must include a description of all equipment and materials to be used, work methods, fire prevention procedures, and a project schedule. Shall include a Health & Safety Plan (HASP). The Site is in a remote location near Blewett, WA west of US Highway 97 area and having sporadic cell phone coverage. The HASP shall address alternative forms of emergency communication for on-site personnel as well the mitigation of physical hazards that may be encountered. The Health & Safety Plan shall address safety concerns with performing work at ground surface and around an open mine shaft with fall hazards
