A project to design and construct new flow equalization basins at the Little Patuxent Water Reclamation Plant (LPWRP) as necessary to replace the existing antiquated basins and increase the volume to meet future diurnal and high (wet weather) flow equalization needs. Work may include installation of alternative power source upgrades, energy conservation techniques, and|or beneficial reuse of treated effluent wastewater. The project is included in the County's 2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
