This project involves comprehensive HVAC and mechanical upgrades at the Charles B. Washington Branch Library in Omaha, Nebraska. The scope encompasses the demolition of existing equipment alongside the installation of a new air handling unit, air-cooled condensing unit, heating/cooling coils, and updated temperature control systems. Associated electrical, fire alarm integration, and minor site concrete work will also be performed to support the new mechanical equipment and site layout. All work will be executed while protecting existing utilities and minimizing disruption to ongoing library operations.
