DELIVERY SCHEDULE The successful bidder will be required to meet the following schedule: . Scheduled start of work: September 21, 2026; . Execution deadline: October 23, 2026. Note: Any unjustified delay in the delivery of goods, services or execution of work may result in penalties as provided for in the contract documents. TENDER GUARANTEE Each bid must be accompanied by a tender security equal to 10% of the total amount tendered (excluding applicable taxes), in one of the following forms: . Certified check or bank draft; . Irrevocable letter of guarantee; or . Bid bond issued by a recognized financial institution.
