El Paso ISD is seeking proposals from qualified single-trade vendors to provide interior buiding improvements for repair, maintenance, and upgrades to the following: LED Lighting , Public Annoucement & Sound Systems, Energy Management & Building Automation services Districwide. SCOPE SUMMARY The Contractor shall perform work, including, but not limited to: Remove and dispose of existing interior lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, and related materials Install LED interior lighting fixtures, retrofit kits, drivers, and associated electrical components _ Install or replace occupancy sensors, switches, dimming controls, and emergency lighting components _ Modify or replace wiring, conduit, mounting hardware, and ceiling components as required _ Test and verify proper operation of all installed lighting systems and controls _ Perform required inspections and submit all testing results to the District representative _ Maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations, electrical codes, and district requirements _ Dispose of construction debris and materials in accordance with applicable regulations *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
