Repair or replace the flat roof at the Waco Housing Authority Main Office including a fluid-applied Gaco silicone roof restoration system or a 60-mil Versico mechanically attached TPO roof replacement system. (Current roof consists of sloped sprayed roofing foam (1-4" thick from lowest point to build up), covered with silicone fluid-applied membrane. Substrate consists of metal U panels with plywood/roof decking. The WHA is looking for bids for the following roofing systems : 1. Fluid-applied repair coating (GacoFlex S2100 - Gaco : Gaco) . 2. TPO 60-mil screw-down system roof replacement (VERSICO TPO 60 MIL WHITE PS25 QA 12' x 100' #355392 | MacArthur Co.) Please provide both roofing materials options with a price breakdown for each type. 1. TPO - remove existing roofing system, replace with 60-mil Versico mechanically attached roofing system, with directional ISO for proper drainage. Replace all flashings, drip edge with TPO cover weldable system, cap flashing, and drain scuppers. 2. Gaco- remove foam from low-lying areas, re-apply slope foam to achieve proper flow to scupper areas. Install new seal rings & debris covers on existing scupper drains. Power wash, prep roof for proper adherence, apply product recommended millage coverage to achieve monolithic cover, and seal roof with silicone fluidapplied membrane for Gaco Warranty. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
