Design, furnish, and reassemble a pre-engineered and prefabricated chemical process building with necessary piping, controls, and appurtenances for the Wittkop Park Water Treatment Facility chlorination system. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract, by means of sealed Bids, from a qualified, experienced and licensed State of Florida contractor to design and furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, permits, services, means, methods, and incidentals necessary for a preengineered and prefabricated chemical process building. The contractor will reassemble the prefabricated building on site with all the necessary piping, controls, and appurtenances as listed on the isometric drawings, and as specified herein for the City of Homestead Wittkop Park Water Treatment Facility (Chlorination) Project at 505 NW 9th Street, Homestead, Florida 33030. The contractor shall coordinate, through the Owner/Engineer, the work of their contract with any work by others. The required work shall be in conformance with the Contract Documents and applicable Federal provisions for the City of Homestead Wittkop Park Water Treatment Facility (Chlorination) Project. The Contractor shall also comply with all State of Florida Department of Commerce (Commerce) and Department of Housing and Community Development Block Grant Mitigation Program (CDBG-MIT) requirements pursuant to Agreement No. 10128 between State of Florida Department of Commerce and the City of Homestead.
