Renovation of an educational facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project is generally described as, but not limited to, Removal of existing roof skylights in the school gym and replacing them with new aluminum framed skylights with translucent sandwich panels, with skylight concrete roof curb modifications, sealants, roof repairs, miscellaneous plumbing work, and abatement of hazardous materials. Work may also require performing tasks after school hours and weekends. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law. The District has a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise ("DVBE") Participation Goal Program ("the DVBE Program") which establishes a three percent (3%) Participation Goal for DVBEs. All Bidders are required by the District, pursuant to the DVBE Program, to submit DVBE Worksheets that confirm two (2) advertisements were published at least 14 days prior to bid opening.
