Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Located at: Northwest Garage - 3025 W Ruby Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53209 DPW Field Headquarters - 3850 N 35th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53216 The project involves two different project sites. At the DPW Field Headquarters an existing rooftop unit will be removed and replaced with a new rooftop unit. At the Northwest Garage an existing air handling unit, energy recovery unit, and associated VAV boxes will be removed and replaced with a new rooftop unit, new VAV boxes, and new energy recovery unit. Both locations include controls improvements. There is mechanical, structural , and controls scope Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid. Question Deadline 09/10/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions (Pre-Bid RFI's) should be submitted in writing to dpitts@milwaukee.gov . The SBE requirement for this project is 5% of the contract base bid. Time for Completion: 80 Working Days. Site construction work shall start/finish during Spring Shoulder Season 2027. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $452.00
