Construction of a compost building expansion at the wastewater treatment plant. The City of Nixa is soliciting bids from contractors to provide professional engineering, design, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary to complete a compost building expansion at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The new compost building shall be constructed adjacent to the north side of the existing compost building and shall function as an expansion of the existing composting operations. The awarded vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and project specifications as determined by the engineer.
