Project The Nantucket Islands Land Bank invites qualified bidders to submit bids (per M.G.L. c. 149) for all labor, materials, equip. and services required for building assembly of structures relocated in disassembled pieces to 2 sites: 158 Madaket Rd. & 159 Hummock Pond Rd. The work includes site preparation, foundation install, utility install and connections, relocation of existing structures on new foundations, exterior repair work on existing structures, and new interior and exterior work for building layouts.
