Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sherrelwood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000433697 Design and install a new artificial turf system, install of concrete curbs, ADA sidewalks and stairs according to attached plans, specs and special project provisions. The proposed site improvements consist of a 200' x 380' synthetic turf field in the bottom of the existing basin. Two 11' wide sets of concrete stairs will extend from the existing sidewalk on the west edge of the basin to the bottom of the basin. Two concrete pads will be constructed along the existing sidewalk to the west for future portolets. A portion of existing 8' concrete trail that loops around the north edge of the basin will be replaced to meet ADA standards, and a 6' concrete trail will be constructed at the northeast corner of the basin to connect the existing 8' trail to the synthetic turf field.
