Existing Fire Alarm Control Panel ( FACP) shall remain o Replace all SLC devices oSmoke detectors shall be SD365 Heat detectors shall be H365 Pull stations shall be BG12-LX Duct detectors shall be D365PL Relays CRF-300 Monitor modules MMF-300 Control modules CMF-300 Install surge protection on all circuits at the FACP, suggested equipment spec sheet attached Install surge protection for all portables All devices shall be labeled with their loop number and address, visible from the floor. Relays and modules shall be labeled with their function. Contractor shall furnish a dumpster or other means to discard any materials related to this project. School dumpsters may not be used. Any warranty work needed during the warranty period will be requested via email, followed by a phone call. A technician shall be required onsite not more than 5 working days after the request is submitted. o All work for this project is to be completed after school hours and/or weekends. o All work shall be cleaned up and the building left neat and orderly for the next school day.
