Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Cleburne, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision , materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals required to complete the work. The work may include, at a minimum: o Installation of approximately 6,520 linear feet of replacement fence at Chambers Creek WS NRCS Site 31 Reservoir (TX03613). o Installation of 7 gate(s) at locations identified by the District. 2-7/8" welded posts concreted to 3 feet or driven to 5 feet for corners, H-braces, and pull posts. Fence shall be 5-wire, of good wire quality. T-post spacing shall be 16 feet with wire stays in between. Fence posts shall be painted with a quality dark green DTM paint. o Gates shall be 16-foot, medium grade or better. o Protection of embankments, spillways, plunge basins, drainage paths, fences, utilities, access roads, and appurtenant structures during performance of the work. o Compliance with all applicable TSSWCB requirements, District directions, safety standards, and projectspecific requirements.
