Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Neah Bay, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and services necessary to furnish and install one heat pump and four associated indoor mini-split units to provide independent and adequate temperature control for the gym facility. Work includes installation, testing, performance verification, site cleanup, disposal of waste materials, and all related components required for a complete and operational heating and cooling system. Services shall be performed in accordance with the project specifications and statement of work, with all work completed by October 31, 2026. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at Patrick.R.Gittings@uscg.mil with solicitation RFQ number 70Z03326Q2019000010 in subject line. Questions regarding the statement of work (SOW) will be forwarded to the technical expert for an accurate response. All responses will be uploaded for an equal and fair solicitation to all interested vendors solely on SAM.gov. No more questions will be answered after 3:00 PM PDT on August 24th, 2026. Location: U.S. Coast Guard Station Neah Bay, 31 Coast Guard Dr., Neah Bay, WA 98357, United States.
