Provide construction services under a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for airfield civil works projects. Work includes demolition, repair, alteration, and new construction of heavy-load airfield pavements, including Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), and interlocking pavers. Associated work includes earthwork, subgrade preparation, grading, and related civil infrastructure improvements that will be defined through individual task orders during the contract ordering period. Projects will be performed within an active military airfield environment and require complex construction phasing to minimize disruptions to runway and taxiway operations. Contractors must maintain strict flightline safety procedures, including Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention measures and coordination with Air Traffic Control and Airfield Management. Work must comply with Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) requirements for heavy aircraft loading and Department of Defense safety standards. Environmental compliance requirements may include securing permits and the handling, containment, and disposal of contaminated soils and groundwater, including areas affected by Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF).
