As of September 28, 2026 project was awarded to ACME AIR INC, awarded amount is $30,628.97 Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and services necessary to replace the HVAC system at Oak Flats. Work includes furnishing and installing replacement heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment and all associated components required for a complete and operational system. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the project specifications and requirements, including removal of existing equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning of the new HVAC system. All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than August 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Location: Oak Flats, Angeles National Forest, California. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions shall be submitted via email to Tanya. Torres@usda.gov and are due no later than August 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time.
