Description

Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Removal and replacement of existing condenser unit, electrical, and plumbing required for the community center gym HVAC upgrade. This project is for the Alf Sorensen Community Center Gym HVAC Upgrade Project which includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing condenser unit, electrical, and plumbing required to complete the project as stated in the plans and bid specifications. The location of the work is at the Alf Sorensen Community Center (1400 Baring Blvd.) within the City limits of the City of Sparks, Washoe County, Nevada, and is more specifically designated in the plans for this project.
