Renovation of a military facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Renate secure facility B1049 through a design/build construction project that includes removal of the existing Space Saver storage system and construction of a new enclosed storage area measuring approximately 25 feet by 25 feet with a mezzanine level above. Access to the mezzanine will be provided by a metal staircase. The lower level will be used for miscellaneous equipment storage, while the mezzanine will support storage of small to medium electronic devices. The project also includes installation of four opaque skylights and modification or relocation of utilities as required. Work includes field verification and the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, and other resources necessary to complete the project in accordance with the statement of work and project specifications. Prior to beginning new construction, the contractor must completely remove the existing Space Saver storage system and modify or relocate utilities as necessary. Location - The work is located at Kirtland AFB. Bldg, 1049 is adjacent to Bldg. 1025 and Randolph Ave, approximately as indicated . The exact location will be shown by the CO.
