The City of Eau Claire is seeking bids to modify and reconfigure the operation of the traffic signals for the addition of per-lane signaling on mainline and adding converting to protectedpermitted flashing yellow arrow operation at two intersections; Hastings Way & Eddy Ln; and Hastings Way & Melby St. Construction shall consist of removing the existing signal structures and installing new monotube structures, traffic signals, and implementing the new signal timings.
