Renovation of a military facility in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, design services, and construction activities necessary for the construction and completion of the ATF Complex at FLETC Glynco. Work includes the construction and finishing of conditioned Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), HVAC system design and installation, electrical power and lighting design and installation, and associated building systems required to deliver fully functional facilities. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and attachments provided in the RFQ. Period of Performance: 09/30/2026 to 03/31/2027 Question Deadline 08/21/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions shall be submitted via email to traci.a.davis@fletc.dhs.gov
