Work includes construction of an approximately 3,000-square-foot facility, including a 600-square-foot canopy, along with associated site work and exterior improvements. Services include site demolition, excavation, grading, planting, paving, general construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, telecommunications, security, fire suppression systems, hard-wall partitions, utilities installation, interior finishes, and specialty floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. Work also includes selective demolition of architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems at a nearby building to support renovation activities, installation of building systems required to support facility operations, and coordination with Government authorities and U.S. Customs and Border Protection representatives for required reviews, approvals, and equipment integration. The contractor shall comply with all project specifications, drawings, security requirements, and building access procedures, including completion of the required security clearance process.
