Description

Site work and outdoor lighting for a municipal facility in Brentwood, California. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Project is located at 150 City Park Way, Brentwood CA 94513, and is described as follows: The work consists of removal of existing trees to install three new flag poles, along with electrical work for uplighting and site restoration to match existing conditions; and all other work necessary to construct the project complete and operational installation as shown on the Contract Documents and/or as specified herein. Bids that are hand delivered must be handed directly to the City employee staffing the City Hall third floor window. If the window is not staffed, you must contact the City Clerk by dialing 5440, using the phone at the third floor window, and hand deliver it to the City employee answering the door The Project must be fully completed within 30 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about December 1, 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding This Project requires a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class A.
