SimonCRE Prasada LLC intends to procure a General Contractor to construct seven (7) separate and related public rights-of-way in the City of Surprise, Arizona. The project scope includes the roadway and related improvements for Sarival Avenue and Alexandria Way including the intersection and traffic signals, West Alexandria Way, East Alexandria Way Extension, Sarival Avenue, Waddell Road, and 161st Drive including drainage, paving, sewer and water mains, street lighting, signage, striping, landscape, irrigation and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings. This project will be constructed pursuant to A.R.S. 34-601 et seq. This budget is inclusive of ALL project costs for construction, permit fees, information technology, security etc. The project is in Surprise, Arizona and consists of the following seven Bid Sections 1. Sarival Avenue & Alexandria Way Traffic Signal; Constructing traffic signals and striping at Sarival Avenue and Alexandria Way and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings. 2. Sarival Avenue & Alexandria Way Intersection; consists of approximately 580 linear feet of public roadway and drainage improvements, 2,421 square yards of heavy duty pavement improvements, 1,602 square feet of public sidewalks improvements, 3,993 linear feet of signing and striping improvements, 285 linear feet of curb and gutter improvements, street lighting, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings. 3. West Alexandria Way Improvements consists of approximately 665linear feet of public roadway and drainage improvements, 808 square yards of heavy duty pavement improvements, 509 concrete curb improvements, 482 linear feet of signing and striping improvements, street lighting, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings. 4. East Alexandria Way Extension; consists of approximately 816 linear feet of public roadway and drainage improvements, 4,263 square yards of heavy duty pavement improvements, 4,026 square feet of public sidewalks improvements, 2,321 linear feet of signing and striping improvements, 773 linear feet of curb and gutter improvements, street lighting, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings. 5. Sarival Avenue Improvements; consists of approximately 343 linear feet of public roadway and drainage improvements, 872 square yards of heavy duty pavement improvements, 2,967 square feet of public sidewalks improvements, 900 linear feet of signing and striping improvements, 891 linear feet of curb and gutter improvements, street lighting, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings. 6. Waddell Road Improvements; consists of approximately 885 linear feet of public roadway and drainage improvements, 597 square yards of heavy duty pavement improvements, 3,720 square feet of public sidewalks improvements, 662 linear feet of signing and striping improvements, 644 linear feet of curb and gutter improvements, street lighting, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings. 7. 161st Drive; consists of approximately 700 linear feet of public roadway and drainage improvements, 2,300 square yards of heavy duty pavement improvements, 3,807 square feet of public sidewalks improvements, 1,210 linear feet of signing and striping improvements, 2,212 linear feet of curb and gutter improvements, street lighting, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings.
