This Request for Proposal (the RFP) is an invitation by City of Peterborough (the City) to prospective proponents to submit quotations for RFP-39-26 Design Build of Three Park Rejuvenations as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified Design-Build Team, led by a General Contractor, or GC, to design and construct three park rejuvenations, one at Keith Wightman Park, 858 St. Mary's Street, Peterborough Ontario K9J 4H4 and Glenn Pagett Park, 827 Stocker Road, Peterborough Ontario K9J 5T2 and Whitefield Park, 1106 Whitefield Drive, Peterborough Ontario K9J 7P5; hereinafter referred to as the Contract / the Work / the Project. The successful proponent will be required to complete all work for this project on or before October 30, 2027. The City is committed to optimizing the value of their investment. The Proponent is advised that an upset limit of $960,000.00, excluding HST, but including reimbursable disbursements, duty, freight, exchange, supply, delivery, installation costs, and any other charges, as may be applicable, to the design, supply and installation of the three park rejuvenations as outlined in this RFP.
