Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Little Paradise, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Closing Time: 2:00 PM NT ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** The Town of Paradise in Newfoundland and Labrador requires the design, and supply and installation of a pump track, and all associated civil works, at the existing Christie Crescent Park in Paradise, NL. The successful Design-Builder shall be responsible for complete all aspects of the project. Including but not necessarily limited to; conducting site investigations (deemed necessary by the DB), all design work (including site preparation and the pump track), and supplying all material , plant and labour to complete the scope of work. The site is currently a playground. The intention is for the swing set (qty 1 ) and slide (qty 1 ) to remain. The balance beam (qty 1 ) and spring animals (qty 2) will be removed by the Town (including foundations) prior to the start of construction . The new pump track must be constructed within the park boundary and suitably separated from the swing set and slide.
