Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Paradise, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Closing Time: 2:00 PM NT ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** The Town of Paradise in Newfoundland and Labrador requires the design, and supply and installation of a pump track, and all associated civil works, at the existing Christie Crescent Park in Paradise, NL. The successful Design-Builder shall be responsible for complete all aspects of the project. Including but not necessarily limited to; conducting site investigations (deemed necessary by the DB), all design work (including site preparation and the pump track), and supplying all material , plant and labour to complete the scope of work. The site is currently a playground. The intention is for the swing set (qty 1 ) and slide (qty 1 ) to remain. The balance beam (qty 1 ) and spring animals (qty 2) will be removed by the Town (including foundations) prior to the start of construction . The new pump track must be constructed within the park boundary and suitably separated from the swing set and slide. Detailed design for and construction of the Christine Crescent Park Refresh. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
