Renovation of an educational facility in Golden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Replacement of rooftop air handling units at the Student Center. The scope of this project is to replace HVAC Systems serving Ballrooms A, B , C , D and E as well as an adjacent large meeting room. Schedule will be winter of 2027 as option A and Spring of 2027 as option B working around the university schedule. Exact start date pending award of construction contract. The Student Center will remain an occupied building for most of the project, with planned outages for a phased unit replacement to maintain as much HVAC functionality as possible. The project consists of replacing rooftop units rtu-3 and rtu-4, which have reached the end of their useful service life. Rtu-3 shall be the BASE bid. Rtu-4 shall be included as a separate bid alternate and shall be priced separately. Work will include complete demolition and replacement of both units, with rtu -3 converted from steam heating to natural gas heating. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
