Remove and replace existing pavement in the parking lot at Muskegon County's Marquette Campus. Question Deadline 08/19/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Questions must be submitted Online. Muskegon County desires to retain the services of a contractor with expertise in parking lot paving. The scope of services is not intended to be an all-encompassing list of work and is intended as a guide to illustrate the minimum project requirements . All proposers are responsible for submitting a proposal that incorporates all needed activities to provide a quality and comprehensive project. Bid is Lump Sum, with a $5,000 unforeseen conditions allowance to be used at the Owner's discretion. Contractor to provide labor and materials to complete the following work items. Area A Saw cut and remove existing bituminous pavement and speed bumps in Campus LoopA Wing and Lot F. Compact existing aggregate base. Grade in place 23 approximately square yards 6"22A aggregate base for Lot E to Lot F Connector. Replace bituminous pavement for Campus Loop A Wing and Lot F without speed bumps . Place bituminous pavement for Lot E to Lot F Connector. Provide parking and crosswalk striping to match existing. Additive Alternative: Area B Saw cut and remove existing bituminous pavement and speed bump in Quarterline South Entrance. Compact existing aggregate base. Replace bituminous pavement without speed bump.
