The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, programming, transportation, disposal , and incidental work necessary to deliver a complete, operational electronic message center. Furnishing and installation of a new electronic message center/LED sign, including evaluation of the existing structure, equipment installation, electrical and communication work, programming, testing, and staff training.
