Question Deadline 09/07/2026 at 10:00 AM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer through online . Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded as being a plan holder Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following but is not limited to: o Cleaning, abrasive blasting, and recoating of the aeration basins, clarifier, digesters, and chlorine contact basin . The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to maintain continuous wastewater treatment operations throughout the rehabilitation period . To support uninterrupted operations , the Contractor shall coordinate with AUC Group LLC, or approved equal , to furnish, install , and remove temporary treatment facilities, including temporary clarifiers and a temporary chlorine contact basin, along with all required bypass RAS/WAS/Scum pumping systems, piping, appurtenances, and controls. Work also includes piping and valves additions and/or modifications. Site restoration. All work shall be completed in place and in accordance with the plans and specifications.
