Site work and renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Coalinga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
Removal of existing tree grates, soil, and pea gravel; construction of new Rubberway single-layer porous pavement tree wells; planting of eleven Chinese Pistache trees and connection to existing irrigation. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% M & L Bond. The primary scope of work, consists of tree well improvements along Elm Avenue (SR 198) between 7th Street and Grant Street in Coalinga, CA. Work includes the removal of existing tree grates, removal of soil and pea gravel. Protection of existing irrigation , existing tree root ball, existing tree grate frame, and delivery of existing tree well grates to the city storage yard. Improvements include the construction of new Rubberway single-layer porous pavement tree wells designed to enhance tree health, enhance pedestrian accessibility, and provide long-term durability. Additionally, the planting of eleven Chinese Pistache trees per city standards and connecting to existing irrigation if required.
