VCC is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a prequalified roster of up to six ( 6 ) qualified General Contractors to deliver construction, renovation, and related capital projects at its Downtown and Broadway campuses. The prequalified roster will remain in effect for a three ( 3 ) year term, from October 2026 through October 2029. During this period, VCC intends to invite contractors from the roster to participate in project- specific competitive solicitations .
