Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond. 1. Disconnect, unwire, and remove the existing generator set from its current location within the fenced compound. The existing double-throw disconnect switch shall be removed. (Note: once removed from the fenced area, responsibility for the existing generator transfers to the Township.) 2. Verify the existing concrete pad size and condition prior to removal of the existing unit; increase or replace the pad as needed to properly support the new generator. 3. Furnish and install a new standby generator in the same location as the existing unit, with the following minimum specifications: 400-amp capacity with a 400-amp main breaker internal to the generator Voltage: 3-phase, 120/208V Fuel type: diesel, with a sub-base (belly tank) fuel storage tank of approximately 80- 100 gallons, UL-listed / approved for long-term diesel storage 4. Furnish and install a new fully automatic transfer switch, rated 400 amps, outdoor rated, installed in the location of the removed disconnect switch. 5. All wiring, conduit, overcurrent protection, and grounding shall conform to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable Township and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requirements. 6. Furnish and install a remote emergency stop (E-stop) station at a location that is readily accessible yet protected from accidental activation; exact location to be coordinated with the Township. 7. Coordinate and schedule crane service for both the removal of the existing generator and the setting of the new generator, as the equipment location is behind a secured fence. The Township's expectation is that both lifts be performed on the same scheduled day to minimize site disruption and crane mobilization cost. 8. Obtain all required Township permits, coordinate third-party plan review, and coordinate all inspections necessary for final approval and close-out of the Work. 9. Provide startup, testing, and commissioning of the complete system, including load bank testing as required to demonstrate proper operation. 10.
