Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Langley, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Langley Memorial Hospital (LMH) - Laboratory Renovation; Eagleridge Hospital (ERH) - Laboratory Renovation. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix 'A' to this RFP (the "Services") with respect to the project. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: laboratory functional programming, laboratory equipment planning, architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, building code and RCDD. Further update in fall 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only Architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects > 150K, are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects > 150K. *Questions Due Date: Aug 28th 2026, 3:00 PM PDT
