Construct two Aerospace Control Alert (ACA) Government Owned Vehicle (GOV) parking shelters to support the ACA mission, including one shelter for ACA Maintenance and one shelter for ACA Aircrew. Work includes construction of foundations, installation of lighting, power, and wiring connected to the ACA alarm system so that shelter doors automatically open when the alarm sounds. Additional work includes replacing failed asphaltic concrete pavement within the ACA fenced area to eliminate foreign object debris (FOD) hazards, demolishing three existing temporary structures (two tents and one grain bin) to accommodate the new facilities, and relocating a storm drain inlet to remove a FOD hazard within the alert response vehicle travel path. All work shall be performed in accordance with the solicitation, specifications, and drawings.
