The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to repair sewer lift station pumps for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (USDA-ARS) at the federally owned facility located at 2611 West Lucas Street. All work shall comply with applicable federal , state, and local codes and regulations, including ARS Facilities and Design Standards (P& P 242.1). Work shall be completed in a professional manner consistent with good workmanship and standard practices. The Contractor shall obtain all required permits, licenses, and inspections at their own expense. The Contractor shall notify the Location Monitor (LM ) and/or COR : at least 24 hours prior to any utility outages. During all repair work, the Contractor shall maintain a safe work area, mark hazards, and keep the area clean. All demolition and waste materials shall be removed from the property daily and may not be placed in Government receptacles. Any damage to federal property must be repaired at the Contractor's expense. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform emergency sewer repairs. Work shall include all services required to identify, repair, restore, and ensure proper operation of the affected sewer system in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
