The contracts will include snow removal, de-icing, abrasive application, snow removal and transport. The School Service Centre will award seventeen (17) contracts, one (1) per lot: Lot 38 - Jean-XXIII Lot 39 - The Gateway Lot 40 - Longpre & Annex Lot 41 - Henri-Bourassa Lot 42 - Pius XII Lot 43 - Emile-Nelligan Lot 44 - Brien Center / La Croisee II / Alphonse-Desjardins Lot 45 - Louis-Frechette Lot 46 - Marie-Victorin Lot 47 - of Peace Lot 48 - Entramis Lot 49 - Valmont-sur-Parc Lot 50 - du Moulin Lot 51 - the Turtledove Lot 52 - Harvest Lot 53 - Jean-Baptiste-Meilleur Complex Lot 54 - Felix-Leclerc TENDER SECURITY The TENDERER must submit a tender security with their Tender, equivalent to FIVE PER CENT (5%) of the total price quoted in their Tender, excluding options. The Centre de service scolaire des Affluents will retain the security for the 2028-2029 academic year if the renewal option is exercised. TERM OF THE CONTRACT The Contract shall have a term of SIXTEEN (16) months and shall cover the period from 1 October 2026 to 31 May 2027 and from 1 October 2027 to 31 May 2028, unless it is terminated early in accordance with the other provisions of the Contract. It includes ONE (1) optional winter season. The EIGHT (8)-month extension (if applicable) will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the fixed winter seasons of the Contract. Extension: 1 October 2028 to 31 May 2029 At the end of the two fixed-term years of the Contract, the CSSDA will decide whether to renew it for ONE (1) additional winter season. By submitting its tender, the service provider, for its part, automatically commits to a potential Contract covering THREE (3) winter seasons.
