Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Garden City, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work will generally consist of drilling, construction, development, and test pumping of a supply well . A bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in the amount of 5 % of the total bid, including add alternates, is required. Idaho Public Works license is required at the time of bid opening for all work on this project . This project is funded by a State Revolving Fund loan . The Contractor must comply with Davis -Bacon wage requirements and the Build America , Buy America (BABA) Act . Question Deadline 09/02/2026 at 2:00 PM MT DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work for the basis of award shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and appurtenances required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work includes mobilizing, drilling, constructing, developing, completing, and hydraulic testing of a new municipal water supply well, referred to as Well 14. All work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the completion of, and proper construction of the Work in good faith shall be provided by the Contractor as though originally so indicated, at no increase in cost to the Owner
