Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
This project includes masonry repointing at the Harlem Road Community Center, as well as select lintel replacement. Base bid work includes allowances based on unit prices for repointing locations not yet identified on drawings. Refer to prevailing wage rates for federal wage rate requirements per Davis Bacon Laws. Work must be completed in the 2026 calendar year due to funding requirements. Please also note: It shall be the Contractors responsibility to make and maintain any/all disturbed building areas as weathertight. Further, should any Contractor disturbed area not be weathertight and experience leakage, the Contractor will be responsible for any and all damages and costs associated with the leakage.
