The Project includes the following Work: The demolition and reconstruction of the Flat Branch Pump Station including controls, pumps, wet well, valve vault and site work. The existing tributary gravity sewer manholes will be lined and reconstructed. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). The current negotiated goal for construction related activities is 5.4% (the total goal is based on 3.1% of MBEs and 2.3% of WBEs participation). Completion-August 1, 2027. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $ 2,695,993.00. Question Deadline 09/04/2026 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
