Description

Site work for a religious / funeral development in Arlington, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.

Offerors shall submit a technical proposal that fully addresses all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and a separate price proposal that includes a detailed breakdown of labor, equipment, materials, and all associated costs. Proposals must be submitted electronically. Technical proposals will be evaluated through a line-by-line review to determine compliance with the requirements of the SOW. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology under simplified acquisition procedures. To be eligible for award, a proposal must be determined technically acceptable based on the Government's evaluation of compliance with the SOW requirements. Among all technically acceptable proposals, the award will be made to the offeror submitting the lowest-priced proposal, provided the price is determined fair and reasonable by the Government.
