Prepare and pour a concrete parking pad to create a durable, medium-duty parking surface capable of supporting standard commercial parking lot traffic. Work includes examining the scope of work, taking field measurements, evaluating site conditions, and performing all construction activities necessary to complete the concrete parking area in accordance with the scope of work. The contractor must account for existing site conditions and complete all work required for the installation of the parking pad.
