Modernized audio visual equipment upgrades in the existing Hell Hole Conference Room including equipment, delivery, and installation. The following is a summary of the scope of work encompassing the project Foresthill Conference & Training Room AV Upgrade covered by the Agreement. pucom Contractor will provide all materials and labor to install, configure, and program new audio and visual control systems in a conference & training room at the Agency's Foresthill Facility Center. The room can be split into two zone zones via a partition, and the upgraded system needs to support both split and combined operations with minimal user intervention. Contractor will provide a turn-key solution and the scope of work shall include but is not limited to the following: What the System Needs to Do o AV-over-IP matrix switching -- any source routable to any display Three 75" displays plus a projector/screen as the four display destinations Two intelligent cameras (one per primary display wall) for conferencing/soft-codec use Two ceiling array microphones with AEC for in - room reinforcement and soft-codec pickup Automatic combine/separate behavior driven by a partition sensor Two wall-mounted touch panels with a custom, simple UI HDMI extension from the conference room floor box to an existing TV in an adjacent conference room Dedicated, isolated AV network (switch, router, WAP) Existing Equipment to Integrate (Not Replace) Power amplifier and in-ceiling/wall speakers Motorized projection screen Wireless microphone system DirecTV receiver Staff-supplied PCs/laptops and wireless presentation systems Existing TV in adjacent conference room (HDMI extension destination)
