Construction of a blowoff pipeline to control water and debris flow. Work includes removing the existing 6-inch blowoff pipe and valve, installing 150 linear feet of 12-inch PVC C900 pipe and a new 12-inch valve, traffic control, and pavement restoration. Project Description : In accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Domenichelli & Associates, the Work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction of a blowoff pipeline to control the flow of water and debris from a low point in the Antelope Canal Siphon crossing Sierra College Blvd Written questions regarding the Contract Documents and/or the proposed Work should be sent to Nicholas Austin, Associate Engineer by e- mail only at naustin@pcwa.net no later than Friday, August 28, 2026.
